1958 Dual-Ghia Convertible
The 1958 Dual-Ghia Convertible featured here is finished in stunning Midnight Blue with a gorgeous tan and blue leather interior. It has made numerous Concours d‘Elegance appearances and took home an award at the coveted Pebble Beach show in 2010. This investment-grade Dual-Ghia is one of only 30 known to exist and is without question one of the best examples available on the market today.
1972 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow
The 1972 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow featured here is finished in gorgeous Larch Green with an impeccably kept original beige leather interior surrounded by magnificent burl walnut woodwork throughout. This incredible motorcar was sold new by Mr. Schmitt’s father at his Rolls-Royce dealership in St. Louis, Missouri, and has been meticulously maintained ever since. Accompanying this investment-grade Rolls-Royce is its original owner’s manual, tools, and service records including a recent $5,900 service.
1986 Ferrari Testarossa “Flying Mirror”
This Testarossa is a desirable early production example with a single mirror on the driver’s side mounted high on the A-pillar (dubbed the “flying mirror” in Ferrari parlance) and widely considered more attractive than later versions. It is one of 300 delivered to the U.S. and comes finished in Rosso Corsa Red with its original Cream interior. Comprehensive service records accompany this investment-grade Testarossa which document an engine out service performed less than 2,500 miles ago. The original books, window sticker, Ferrari Classiche portfolio plus Certificate of Authenticity as well as the tools, jack and car cover are also included.
Welcome back 1994 Jaguar XJ220
Daniel Schmitt & Co is proud to announce that our 1994 Jaguar XJ220 (chassis no. 220628) has recently returned after being serviced by the only Jaguar XJ220 Specialist in the U.S. who has stated that this is the last XJ220 he would renew before retirement. 220628 has now been fully recommissioned with an engine out service and rebuilding of several major systems which cost nearly $90,000. Almost every other XJ on the market needs this service performed and future owners will have to send their vehicles to England to have this completed, where there is currently a two-year waiting list. XJ220s rarely come to market, and 220628 is arguably the most famous example of an XJ220 with its unique history and provenance. It was the first car brought to the U.S. under “Show and Display” exemption and the only XJ220 to be rendered EPA compliant by Jaguar.
Be sure to continue to check our newsletter for more details including when this spectacular super car becomes available.
