  • The magnificent 1967 Pontiac Grand Prix Convertible featured here is finished in stunning Golf Turquoise over a blue interior and black convertible top. Just released from a prominent private collection, this one year only highly desirable and sought-after Grand Prix Convertible would be a perfect addition to any premier collection. We are proud to offer this investment grade 1967 Pontiac Grand Prix Convertible to the most sophisticated investor, collector, or enthusiast who understands and appreciates the investment potential of this extremely rare American classic!

The Grand Prix debuted in 1962 as a sport-luxury variant on the full-size two-door hardtop platform of the Catalina and Ventura. It has since assumed many shapes and personalities over the course of four decades. Only once, however, in its 40 years has the Grand Prix been offered in a convertible format. Pontiac built versions of a Grand Prix convertible concept car, the X-400, from 1962 through 1964, but 1967 was the only year of a regular production Grand Prix convertible.

By 1967, the Grand Prix was moving toward establishing its own identity, separate from that of the Catalina. The two models still shared the same basic body, but the Grand Prix featured a distinctive nose and tail. Instead of the Catalina’s vertically arranged, exposed headlights, a Pontiac styling trait of the time, the GP took an advanced design step with lights that disappeared behind the grille. Vertical slits in the front fenders, perched above the massive bumper and grille like eyebrows, housed the turn indicators. At the rear, the Grand Prix flashed slotted taillights resembling those of the GTO and Firebird. Grand Prix’s upwardly mobile luxury status was confirmed when the convertible version replaced the previously top-of-the-line Bonneville Brougham convertible.

    Financing

Finance rates as low as 8.9%.

We know that classic car financing can pose a unique challenge. Although a vintage or exotic car can be an excellent investment, some financial institutions attempt to apply standard “used car” rules for financing a classic car, which in many cases can make loan approval difficult.

We work closely with many banking institutions that understand and recognize the collector value of classic cars and view them as an investment, which allows us to help you get the financing you need so that you can have the car you have dreamed of.

Terms available up to 144 Months
