Formed in 1975, Clénet Coachworks was a manufacturer of limited-production automobiles with distinctive styling inspired by elegant cars of the 1930s. The Clénet was portrayed in the media in the 1980s as a symbol of sophistication and wealth. Indeed, Clénets were featured in television shows of the time such as “Dynasty” and “Dallas.” The Clénet was built by a small team in Santa Barbara County. It was termed “Driven Art” by Automotive Age and Fortune and suggested that the brand was the “American Rolls-Royce.” At a cost of over $100,000 in the late 1970’s, they typically found homes with the Hollywood famous, including Aaron Spelling, Sylvester Stallone, Wayne Newton, and Farrah Fawcett! Although, true production ended at 187 vehicles produced through 1980 making them extremely rare to find today!

    Financing

Finance rates as low as 8.9%.

We know that classic car financing can pose a unique challenge. Although a vintage or exotic car can be an excellent investment, some financial institutions attempt to apply standard “used car” rules for financing a classic car, which in many cases can make loan approval difficult.

We work closely with many banking institutions that understand and recognize the collector value of classic cars and view them as an investment, which allows us to help you get the financing you need so that you can have the car you have dreamed of.

Terms available up to 144 Months
